iCukla is a small collectible doll boutique and doll studio based in Florida, USA.

We offer collectible dolls, OOAK art dolls, vintage dolls, antique dolls, Spanish dolls, Chinese dolls, BJD dolls, custom doll bodies, handmade accessories, and related doll items.
 

Products
 

Many items sold by iCukla are collectible, handmade, customized, vintage, antique, limited, or one-of-a-kind pieces.

Because of the nature of these items, small variations, handmade details, minor surface differences, age-related wear, or color differences may occur. These are not considered defects unless clearly different from the product description.

We do our best to describe every item accurately and provide clear photos.
 

Collectible Item Notice
 

Unless otherwise stated, iCukla dolls, doll bodies, and accessories are collectible items and are not intended for small children.

Some items may contain small parts, magnets, glass eyes, resin parts, delicate accessories, elastic strings, hooks, wires, or other components that may present a choking hazard or require careful handling.

Buyer assumes responsibility for safe use, display, and storage of all purchased items.
 

Product Photos and Descriptions
 

We make every effort to show and describe items as accurately as possible.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography conditions, and device display.

Orders and Payment
 

Orders must be paid in full before shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, shipping information, payment processing, or suspected fraud.

If an order is canceled by iCukla, the buyer will be refunded to the original payment method.
 

Custom Orders
 

Custom orders may require discussion, approval, and additional processing time.

Custom, personalized, OOAK, handmade, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By placing a custom order, the buyer understands that handmade and artist-customized work may include small natural variations.
 

Shipping
 

Shipping details are explained in our Shipping Policy.

iCukla is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, iCukla is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
 

Returns and Refunds
 

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item, shipping box, packing materials, shipping label, and the damage or issue.

We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
