Meet this beautiful 18-inch antique Kämmer & Reinhardt mold 192 German bisque doll, presented in wonderful condition and fully dressed for display.
She has a lovely antique bisque head with no chips or cracks noted. Her face is beautifully painted, with soft rosy cheeks, finely painted brows and lashes, an open mouth with tiny teeth, and beautiful brown glass sleep eyes that open and close. Her ears are pierced, and she wears pretty earrings that match her outfit beautifully.
She is on a rare early jointed composition body with straight wrists. The body is well strung and holds poses nicely. Her hands and feet have charming red accent details, including painted nails and toe accents. The body shows normal age-related wear, as expected for an antique doll, but presents very nicely.
She wears a light blond / dark blond wig that gives her a soft and elegant look.
Her outfit is especially charming. She is dressed in a beautiful nautical-style dress in navy, cream, and burgundy tones. Underneath, she wears antique pantaloons. Her chemise and underskirt were handmade in our workshop from natural cotton, sewn by hand with needle and thread, and decorated with silk.
On her feet, she wears vintage knee socks and beautiful burgundy shoes made from fine natural leather, decorated with bronze buckles and silk ribbons.
This lovely Kämmer & Reinhardt girl is beautifully dressed, well presented, and ready to be displayed in her new home.
