LARGE GERMAN BISQUE TODDLER BY KAMMER AND REINHARDT.  28”.  Marks:  K * R/ Simon & Halbig 128/ 62.  Bisque socket head, brown sleep eyes, painted lashes, eyeliner, feathered brows, open mouth, accented lips, original light brown mohair wig, composition and wooden jointed toddler body with side-hip joints, contemporary ivory silk dress, antique lace bonnet, white leather shoes.  

Commentary:  Fine bisque and modeling, good original chubby toddler body with repainted finish.
