Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Custom dolls, OOAK dolls, handmade resin bodies, made-to-order items, and special requests may require additional processing time. Estimated processing time will be listed in the product description or discussed with the buyer before purchase.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of: the damaged item, the shipping box, all packing materials, and the shipping label. This information is required so we can review the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. iCukla is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
